INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop Unflavored 100% Whey Protein Plus
- 1 cup unsweetened pumpkin puree
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2–1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
- 1–2 servings stevia, to taste
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. ginger
- Small pinch of cloves
- Small pinch of salt
- Ice (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Simply add more liquid for a thinner consistency!
