Try this delicious Vanilla Mango Blueberry Smoothie for a healthy way to start your day or a great way to start the recovery process after a workout!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 2 scoops 100% Whey Protein for Her, French Vanilla Crème
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds

DIRECTIONS

In a blender, mix until smooth. Add more liquid if necessary to reach desired consistency.
