What’s up everyone? Welcome back to Mental Sweat Monday.
So, the other day I saw a quote that said, ‘what’s the one thing that will prevent you from being successful?’
I love this because I feel like we’re always focused on what we should be doing. What we should be adding to our plate.
But have we ever thought about it in a different way?
What if, instead, we thought of what we should remove off of our plate.
It could be things like less social media, less junk food, less TV. Or it could be letting go of comparisons to others, letting go of self-doubt, or letting go of the past.
Whatever it is, I hope you can think of something right now (like this second) that is holding you back from reaching the best version of yourself.
Now choose to throw that thing away!
Choose courage over fear, long-term happiness over short-term satisfaction and choose to be the best you can be instead of settling with what could have been.
