If you’re looking for the breakfast of champions or a great pre-workout meal, check out this High-Protein Chocolate Oatmeal recipe.

INGREDIENTS:
1 scoop 100% Whey Protein Plus, Triple Chocolate
1 tbsp. raw cocoa powder
3 tbsp. chia seeds
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients except the 100% Whey Protein Plus into a microwaveable bowl/container. Add 1 cup of water and mix together, then microwave on high for 120 to 150 seconds.
