- 1 scoop of Chocolate Protein Powder
- ¼ cup fat-free Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp. strawberry jam
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 ½ tbsp. of all natural peanut butter
- 5-6 ice cubes
DIRECTIONS
- Put water, yogurt and ice cubes in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend on high for 30 seconds.
