INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup whole-wheat flour
- 1 beaten egg
- ¼ cup applesauce
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts
- 3 scoops chocolate protein powder
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- In a large bowl, stir together all of the dry ingredients.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg and mix with the applesauce and oil.
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Spray the foil with cooking spray.
- Break the mixture into 6 evenly distributed balls.
- Roll each ball out lengthwise and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until firm and lightly browned around the edges.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
