Try this delicious apple caramel crepe for the perfect high protein desert that everyone is bound to love!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 whole eggs
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1 scoop of Salted Caramel Whey Protein Plus
  • 2 apples
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp olive oil

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix up the eggs and milk in a bowl.
  2. Add about one scoop of Salted Caramel Whey Protein Plus, so the batter has a runny consistency, make sure not to make too thick, add slightly less than 1 scoop if necessary
  3. Cook a thin layer on a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  4. Fill with baked apples

FOR A BAKED APPLE FILLING

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a shallow baking pan, combine the slices from two apples, cinnamon, nutmeg, melted butter, and olive oil.
  3. Cover with aluminum foil and bake until apples are tender, about 45 minutes
