INGREDIENTS
- 2 whole eggs
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 scoop of Salted Caramel Whey Protein Plus
- 2 apples
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp olive oil
DIRECTIONS
- Mix up the eggs and milk in a bowl.
- Add about one scoop of Salted Caramel Whey Protein Plus, so the batter has a runny consistency, make sure not to make too thick, add slightly less than 1 scoop if necessary
- Cook a thin layer on a non-stick pan over medium heat.
