1 scoop Six Star® 100% Whey Protein for Her, French Vanilla Crème or Six Star® 100% Whey Protein Plus, Vanilla Cream |
2 tbsp natural peanut butter or almond butter |
1 tbsp almond milk |
1 tbsp chocolate chips (if wanted!) |
Directions:
- Mix ingredients together, adding more milk if necessary. If desired, place in the fridge for 1 hour.
- If using as a post-workout meal/snack, spread over rice cakes to add in a source of carbohydrates, and enjoy!
