What’s up everyone and welcome back to #MentalSweatMonday, I’m Hannah Huesman for Six Star Pro Nutrition.

Today I want to talk about patience. I’m not going to tell you to just be patient and that everything’s going to work out.

Here’s why.

Everything will work out depending on what you put into it. I believe there is a time to be patient and a time to attack. The challenge is to figure out what time it is.

So, ask yourself right now, with everything that you’re going through in life … is it time to be patient, or is it time to attack? Some of us are better at patience. Some of us are better at attacking.

For me, patience is difficult. Having patience with the unknown factors of the future is incredibly challenging.

The number one way to practice patience is remember the acronym WIN – Win.

What’s Important Now

What can I focus my time and energy on right this very minute and be great at it. Rather than be impatient about all of the things that should be happening.
